Your Brochures Are On Their Way and Will Be With You Soon

Before you get your brochures

You can get ready so when the brochures arrive you are prepared to get them ready for delivery …

Depending on what start-up kit you chose depends on the number of brochures you will be receiving, so you need to print out your day slips ready to make up your catalogue packs.

You can print these yourself (click here for a template)

Plan Your Time

Have you thought about where you will deliver your catalogues and when?

ALWAYS STAY LOCAL!

Draw up a retail plan for the next few weeks, so that you know:
– how many brochures you will be delivering
– when you will be delivering your brochures
– when you are collecting your brochures.

Plan your route:
– get yourself a map of the local area
– pick a starting point and don’t flit, always continue from where you left off

Plan your drop:
– decide what day you’ll deliver your brochures.
– decide when you will collect your brochures, we suggest you only leave the books for 1-2 days.
– know when you will go back for the outstanding brochures.

Once you get your brochures

It’s time to set them up …

1) Detail your name and contact details on each order form (this will give your customer your details so in the event of any query or problem with their order they know who you are and how to contact you).

You can either write this or use printed labels. You can print your own labels (click here for a template).

2) Set up each pack to look the same, placing the brochures in the same order in every pack when there is more than one brochure in the campaign

  • using the plastic snap bags provided
  • with an order form facing out of the reverse of the pack
  • with your collection day slip in front of the order form. (You should already have printed your day slips ready for your catalogue packs)

4) Seal the plastic bags at the top and your ready to go!
(leave a small gap at the end of the seal, and squeeze out the air before closing the seal completely)

You are now ready to go out and deliver your brochures

Be sure to keep some brochures to give to your family and friends, as they can prove to be your best customers when you first start.

Friends and family can also help by taking your brochures into work with them and getting orders from their friends.

You can also do party plan / product demonstrations if you so choose, so having some spare brochures to hand out at the party is advisable so the party goers are able to see the whole range of products and not just those you have with you at the party.
