Avon will only refund you the cost price of the item you are returning, the price you were originally invoiced, and not the customer price.

In order to refund the customer the full amount owed, you need to add back in your commission to the cost refunded by Avon, as you do not get to keep the commission you earnt when the item was thought to be sold.
