When you originally registered to become a VivaMK Network distributor, you will have set yourself a personalised shop name.
Step 1 – Setting Up Your VivaMK Network Account explains how you can find this, and change it if you so choose.
VivaMK Network Webshop Orders
You can send your VivaMK Network webshop link to friends and family, and also send potential customers to your webshop to generate orders.
When customer’s order direct via your webshop they will pay the retail price + postage, and the order is then processed and sent direct to the customer by VivaMK.

In addition to all the catalogue product ranges, we also have our VivaMK World Active! range, which are products that are either online exclusives or pre-catalogue publication products.
When posting products online, always ensure they are in stock and therefore available to order.

You can send customers direct your online shop, using your direct link
… go to your shop, search for the item you want to sell, click on the item and you’ll see the direct link in the URL field.
If you would rather ‘dropship’ the item by getting their details and payment first, such as selling products via your own website, or from a facebook post where they message you to buy, then you need the customer to pay you both the retail price and postage, to mirror the cost as if the sale was coming through your vivamk webshop.
… check the distributor information, accessible via the link in your VivaMK account page footer, as there are various postage options but also different areas such as channel islands and scottish highlands cost more etc.
For orders that have paid postage and the goods are to go direct to the customer, you need to key these orders via your VivaMK account, changing the delivery address to that of your customer so they receive the goods and not you.
If you choose to deliver the order in person, to more local customers, and not to charge postage, then you can group these items together and key one bulk order via your VivaMK account.
There are no restrictions on the use of product images and website wording: which can be taken from the online PDF catalogues (accessible via the menu link on your online shop) or from The Official VivaMK Network Support Group media files.
