1) Go to vivamknetwork.co.uk
2) Click My Account (top right corner)
If you are using a phone, click the three line icon to reveal the menu – select Account – select Sign In
If you are using a phone, click the three line icon to reveal the menu – select Account – select Sign In
3) Enter your registered email address
4) Click Forgot Your Password? (next to the orange SIGN IN button)
5) Enter your registered email address
6) Click the password reset link in the email you will then receive and enter the password of your choosing.
Once you have done this
- return to vivamknetwork.co.uk
- click My Account top right on a computer, or the three line icon, Account, Sign In on a phone
- enter your email address and password
- click SIGN IN
- you will then have access to your account
Setting Up Your Online Webshop
Now you have access to your distributor account
1) Go to Account Information
If you are using a phone, click the three line icon to reveal the menu – select Account – select My Account – scroll down to find Account Information
2) Complete your Bank Details (Sort Code, Account Number and Account Holder Name), to enable webshop sale commission and future volume profit bonuses to be paid to you.
3) Scroll a little further down and create your webshop name (mine is shown as a example)
4) Click SAVE
